WE'RE LOOKING FOR a part-time office manager!

ABOUT OUR BUSINESS
Hi there! We are 'the Happy Film Company' and we create happy photos and videos for families who love little adventures. All of our photo shoots are inspired by special family traditions and fun seasonal adventures (like going to the Pumpkin Patch, Flying Kites, Exploring the Forest etc...). OFFICE MANAGER POSITION
*We are looking for a fabulous part-time office manager who is based on the Eastside (near Duvall/Redmond/Woodinville/Bellevue area is best) and can work remotely from their own home/office and is available for weekly coffee-shop meetings with the team!
*You will be responsible for managing our emails, scheduling photo shoots, updating our client database, blogging, releasing online galleries to clients, ordering prints, managing our social media accounts, answering the phone, writing thank you letters, sending letters to companies we collaborate with, creating marketing campaigns, preparing newsletters etc... 

This is a part-time position with the possibility of more hours being added on in the future as our business continues to grow. Currently we can offer 1-3 hrs of work per day / 5 days per week.
You will be asked to sign a position agreement and you'll be hired as a part-time employee.
You will be paid $12 / hr.

You've got a playful, optimistic, outgoing personality.
You are full of ideas and love contributing to a team.
You can take creative direction and critique without taking it personally or getting grumpy. 
You must have an eye for happiness and seeing beauty in the world. We're a chipper optimistic bunch!
You've got to be able to roll with the punches, have a flexible mind and a flexible schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
-- Familiar with Google Apps / Google Drive / Microsoft Office 
-- Must be Punctual and Able to Work Quickly with an Eye for Detail
-- Excellent Time Management and Organization Skills
-- You LOVE Spreadsheets! 
-- Super Cheerful Customer Service Personality
-- Ideal Candidate also has Project Management Experience, Marketing Experience and is familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
